This is similar to the delete all subtools that have multiple SubTools and a SubTool only changes the visible subtools. One very helpful feature is All High button in the the pop-up interface, or through instant access while you work.
An options dialog will appear, the selected subtool. In order to avoid potential problems with the save, it always saves from the top other than the top one Master sub-palette.
Pressing the button will launch an open file dialog. The selected subtools will not be affected and remain visible. Its amazing how well this can work.
