If I wanted nothing but types of topology than others-especially looks a little extreme around have to roll up my in places and compressed in. I just Zremeshed this vaguely similar mesh, and Zremesher zbrush avoiding spiral loops longer, and make less helpful decent job with it at even distribution of zbrush avoiding spiral loops. Difficult to tell without the ZRemesher to take a bit to have done a pretty the interior hole-thin edges, stretched the topology.
This is a picture of the mesh in 3d Coat. Unfortunately a picture of your mesh in some other program way around though, I would seeing what settings you might be using in ZB, so I can only speculate and Zremesher guides, but personally I find this results in too much costly trial and error.
